REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Ticlo Resorts Reservation Service does not charge any cancellation fee for rooms that have not been confirmed. However once your room has been confirmed, you are subject to the cancellation policies as explained below.

It must be clearly understood that any changes in policies will always take precedent over the policy stated here. We will of course inform you clearly and completely if this is the case with your booking.

Cancellation Charges : Applicable for all periods except for bookings during 21st Dec to 5th Jan

  • 14 Days before requested arrival date – Full refund less bank charges.
  • Between 14 days & 96 hrs before requested arrival date – 50% Refund
  • Between 96 hrs & 48 hrs before requested arrival date – 25% Refund
  • Between 48 hrs of check in – No Refund
  • In case of No show & Early Check out – No Refund

  • Between 21 days & 7 days before requested arrival date – 50% Refund
  • Between 7 days & 96 hrs before requested arrival date – 25% Refund
  • Between 96 hrs of check in – No Refund
  • In case of No show & Early Check out – No Refund

Administrative Charges : In case of full refund, administrative charges @ 3% of the total booking amount shall be deducted.

NOTE : You must pay very careful attention to any information we pass on to you about this matter if you think that these policies may apply to your booking.
